I’m finishing to rebuild a complet set of initials, and I vary a little bit the colors…

And I’m currently working on another letter, a bit larger (3cm high), with 2 colors & a bit of gold but you’ll only see this “work in progress” version for the time being

It’s sometimes difficult to find new shapes for letters but this time, I’m quite happy with the Q

The students at Rendez-Vous 2019 in Canada were so fond of my little initials that I no longer have a single one.
Time to redo (for the umpteenth time) a small alphabet in advance of the medieval festival this weekend.

… on a more important composition, I continue (again & again) with my small filigree letters.

Just a J

Driven by my momentum in my border of filigrees, I composed this J.

Alizarin paint for the letter, a few gilded dots to bring light and a rectangle of filigrees to finish.

I can’t get out of it.
I barely realized a few letters when they were bought or booked. I’m not complaining, let’s be clear, but at this rate, I’ll never have a complete alphabet to show!
